Shrimp, Tomato, and Chevre Garlic Pizza

I just watched this video of Dan Aykroyd as Julia Child and found it knee slapping hilarious!!

First bake the crust, sauce, and tomatoes for 10 minutes to give it a head start and allow some of the moister in the tomatoes to evaporate.

Pat dry the tomatoes and shrimp before adding either to the pizza crust.

Ingredients:

  • TJ garlic and herb dough
  • 1/3 cup TJ marinara sauce
  • 3 small heirloom tomatoes (yellow, maroon, and blush red)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 20 pre-cooked shrimp (peeled and tail-off)
  • 2 oz chevre goat cheese
