Wednesday: leftovers with Kath's Kale Chips

Thursday: Lunch at Taverna Nikos, Dinner: Dining out with friends at Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant

Friday: Morrocan Chili and 10,000 Grains of Sand with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Apple Brown Betty
