This week I'll be having Kath's Pumpkin Butterscotch Oatmeal combination. I love her classic banana oatmeal but thought it was time to venture out when I saw this tempting pairing that she said was her favorite kind!
Serves 6 large or 8-10 small portions
- 2 1/3 cup oats,
- 2 1/3 cups 1% milk
- 2 1/3 cups water
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-15 oz can pumpkin
- 1/3 cup pre-cooked wheat berries
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp butterscotch chips, per portion
I portioned out 10 - 2/3 cup portions for Andy and I to reheat throughout the week.
