Another perfect pizza, this time with Irish flavors of tangy cabbage, crisp, salty potatoes, and corned beef! If you like a crispy crust, crank the oven as high as it will go – I cook mine for 10 minutes at 500 degrees.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, season with grill seasoning and cook until just soft, about 5 minutes. Add the mustard and just enough water to cover. Simmer over low heat, covered, until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and let all liquid cook off. Preheat to 500 degrees. Toss the potato with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a single layer on a baking sheet until golden, about 15 minutes.
Scatter with cabbage, corned beef, potatoes and cheeses. Place the pan in the oven. Cook until golden and crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.
