Thursday: Panhas (aka Scrapple) and Bok Choy, Prosciutto, Feta with Almonds

Friday: Kath's Mushroom Mac-N-Cheese with Spinach

Saturday: Pizz-O and Homemade Breadsticks

I love how organized you are!! I honestly don't know if I could plan my meals like this. Maybe I can start small by planning 1 meal a week and go from there.
