Menu Plan Monday


Monday: Cranberry & Herb Turkey Burgers and Butter Crunch Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Cinco De Mayo: Tamale Pies and Tex-Mex Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

Wednesday: leftovers for Andy (I’ll be in Cary grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s and getting a massage) Durham Farmer’s Market opens on Wednesday afternoons too, I’m so there after work!

Thursday: Dinner at West End Wine Bar

Friday: Homemade Pizza and Strawberry Mozzarella Salad

Saturday: Ham and Lentil Soup with Artichoke Marscapone and Cheddar Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Blogger Dinner at Six Plates Wine Bar with Diana and Kath from Charlotte

Sunday: Stuffed Crepes with Asian Chicken
