CEiMB: Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham

Our Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham selection was hosted by Anonymous New York. This is the jambalaya recipe I’ve used for the last couple of years. It full of delicious, tender shrimp, ham, tomatoes, rice and loads of veggies!

We really enjoyed this recipe. It was my first attempt at Jambalaya and was such a good experience, it will happen again for sure.
