Monday: Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas with Red Sauce (using leftover frozen Chicken Chili mixture)

Thursday: Roasted Tomato & Almond Pesto with Pasta

Friday: So Easy: Greek Salad Pitas and Roasted Vegetables

Saturday: leftovers

Sunday: Shuck Green Beans (similar method) and Boone Tavern Spoon Bread
