Monday: Trader Joe’s and Massage night, packed salad topped with strawberries, dried cranberries, pepitas, hummus and balsamic dressing

Tuesday: Chicago in concert @ The DPAC, Black Bean Burgers and Roasted Green Beans

Wednesday: Vegetable Moo Shu

Thursday: Brinkley Farms CSA pick-up and Yoga@Duke, leftovers

Friday: Dinner w/ friends @ Metro 8

Saturday: Homemade Pecan Butter, leftovers

Sunday: Volunteering at Farm to Fork NC w/ Kelly

Those Reuben Sliders sound DELICIOUS, my stomach just started growling, haha! I'm volunteering at Farm to Fork too, hopefully I'll see you there!

That Vegetable Moo Shu sounds yummy! And I am always looking for another good black bean burger recipe. Great meal plan!
