Menu Plan Monday

I am SO excited to have the opportunity to attend (tickets have been sold out for a long time) the 2010 Farm to Fork event today in Hurdle Mills, NC. Here’s a great video that WUNC-TV aired last year, I found it inspiring and enjoyed learning more about the mission of this fundraiser.

Wednesday: Giada’s Salmon Cakes

Thursday: Brinkley's Farm CSA pick-up and Yoga@Duke, leftovers

Friday: Smoked Salmon Dip with Crostini (Everyday Food, May 2010)

Saturday: Veggies in Yellow Curry

Sunday: BBQ w/ Kristin & Laurence, Quinoa Salad with Grilled Zucchini & Chickpeas and Peanut Butter Brownie Cups
