Rue Cler pizza dough rolled out with corn meal, drizzled with white truffle oil and pre-baked for 8 minutes at 450 degrees.
One topped with thinly sliced granny smith apples, brie, crumbled bacon and mozzarella cheese.
The second was topped with marinara, brie, roasted asparagus, crumbled bacon and mozzarella.
Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Hot out of the oven…
