Dim Sum @ Hong Kong’s

Dim sum is the term for a type of Chinese dish that involves small individual portions of food, usually served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate.

We had a delicious dim sum meal at Hong Kong (Guess Rd) in Durham this morning. I can’t recall the name of most of this, but it was a fun experience. They bring out cart after cart of small plates of food and you take your pick and pay for only the items you select. It’s fun to go with others so that you can sample and share a lot of items.
